Notice

‣ To prevent the inflow of insects and snakes, please close the front door when entering, and please use an insect screen when entering.


‣ Street cats often appear over the fence. Please refrain from feeding.


‣ Additional bedding (blankets and pillows) will be provided depending on the number of people in case of 7 or more people


‣ Make sure to tidy up after eating and wash the used cooking utensils and tableware. Please keep the minimum manners during your stay.


‣ Unable to cook food (meat, fish, etc.) that smells and smokes in the room


‣ Commercial shooting, video shooting (including advertisements, product shooting, shopping malls, SNS markets), and drone shooting that have not been discussed before are not allowed


‣ You can claim compensation if you damage or lose your property and furniture.


‣ Companion of pets is restricted.


‣ Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the accommodation.


‣ CCTV is installed in the yard and parking lot, so safety and theft prevention are possible.

‣ For proper hygiene, our building receives quarantine services every month. To prevent pests, make sure to close all doors and windows when you check out. Please note that advance reservations are not refundable due to the above problem.




Indoor swimming pool


[Guide]


‣ By default, the indoor swimming pool is filled with warm water (35'c).


‣ We operate filters for water quality management. There's a little motor noise.



[Rules]


‣ Please wear a swimsuit or underwear. You can't swim in casual clothes.


‣ Food is prohibited in the swimming pool. 


‣ Do not put anything unrelated to the pool in the water.


‣ Do not put mucus or other liquid solids into water. This can cause problems with the filter system.


 ‣ Do not use the swimming pool with cosmetics such as [oil/sunscreen/lotion]. 

(You may not be able to receive the next guest due to the turbidity of the water, and you may be charged more than 300,000 won for this.)



Barbecue


‣ Barbecue tools cost 30,000 won for 6 people and 40,000 won for 7 to 8 people

‣ Only those who applied before noon on the day of check-in are prepared. (12 p.m.)


‣ If it is not available due to bad weather, we will give you a refund.


‣ There is a barbecue facility on one side of the yard. You can use it by making a fire yourself. 


‣ Please be careful not to make noise late at night.

Windmills along the winding shoreline create an exotic landscape. If you drive along a 6km-long coastal road, you can enjoy the beautiful sea of Jeju through Jeju's largest uninhabited island, Chunggido, Geumneung Beach, and Hyeopjae Beach. Because it is located in the west of Jeju, we recommend to drive in time for the sunset.
